Mediation is a completely voluntary process led by an impartial third party that organisations can use to resolve workplace conflict.
Conflict can occur in any employment relationship and if left unchecked can quickly escalate, potentially leading to more formal grievance and disciplinary processes and costly employment tribunals.

Mediation takes place in one day.
Upon receiving a referral I will contact both parties and invite them to attend mediation.
I will take care of all the details for you, facilitate the day and provide follow up and feedback.
